Shareholders will receive an acknowledgment of their inquiry by email within one business day of receipt of the electronic message and, in most cases, the request will be completed within 48 hours. Representatives of EQ Shareowner Services are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday to answer your questions. A company Shareholder Services representative is also available to assist you.
